I will be happy to teach you and/or your family (children and adults) awareness techniques to understand and manage your emotions in a positive way, and enjoy life at its fullest increasing its meaning.

Sessions of practice start with half an hour for beginners, up to one hour for advanced students.

All of this at the comfort of your own home for you to develop your own routine.
