HOME MAINTENANCE SERVICES!
Hello everyone, my name is Christos and I am a professional builder. I work in the industry for more than 10 years. Me my wife and our lovely son moved in Switzerland a few months ago and I decided to start offering my own domestic/commercial maintenance services. I used to run a construction business in England where you can ask me for references and also pictures, to see my work!
I offer the services below:
Painting & Decoration both domestic and commercial properties (Any size Interior only)
Cleaning & Organising both domestic and commercial properties
Repairing & Refurbish old furniture and general items (If possible)
Gardening & Landscaping
I charge 25 CHF per hour for any type of job. I guarantee you with my quality and the work flow. I cover areas in Lausanne and Geneva, just send me your post code and I will be there!
Other charges: less than 4 hours work - 20 CHF for fuel (depending how far you live from Epalinges)
more than 4 hours work - no extra costs
I bring my own lunch at work. My lunch is 15 minutes but I always stay 15 to 20 minutes more to cover my lunch break, so you get full working hours with non stop :D
