Ethel has been working as a domestic house cleaner at our house in Geneva for the past one year. Her responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming & mopping the rooms, cleaning bathrooms, ironing clothes & taking out trash. She comes to our house once a week for 3 hours. We are very happy with the work Ethel does. She is punctual for her work, gives advance notice if there are changes to the set schedule and takes initiative to suggest alternative time slots. She does an excellent job of cleaning the whole house thoroughly using various cleaning products, which she recommends us to get. She keeps track of kitchen supplies and informs us if stock levels are low. She changes the bedsheets and irons the office clothes. She carries out her tasks without any supervision or prompting, and with high quality. Ethel has a broad experience having worked around the world including Singapore, Brazil, Portugal and Switzerland under various employers. She is professional, reliable and trustworthy. She has a friendly demeanour and adapts to feedback. We are happy to have Ethel’s support for our house, and highly recommend her to future employers.
