Monica, Nachhilfelehrer (Vevey - 1800)

Hi there! My name is Monica, I am 31 years old, I am from Spain and I arrived in Switzerland 10 months ago. Previously I lived in Ireland and I have traveled a lot through different countries. I began to dedicate myself to dance since I was little, and at the age of 18 I began to work professionally in great musicals and shows, even circus! I specialized in pilates and I adore yoga.

I enjoy every activity that has to do with the exploration of the movement throught our bodies and the artistic part we can develop with it . As a professional dancer, pilates instructor and yoga lover, I have been working in this way my whole life and I love to share my experience and knowledge with people, so they can experience it as well, even as a therapy for the life.
Performing arts for me is a very interesting and important way to put together mind, soul and body in one.
Teaching and sharing make me grow and continue learning about myself.
Performing any kind of art is also a fun way to exercise the body and the mind helping to conect and discover more ourselfs.
I grew up like this, surrounded by art, dancing every single day, and all I can say it is that I recommend it to every person especially kids and teenagers, because at that ages is when you are defining and creating the base of big part of your life.
